The WhatsApp provider resolved the event, and we confirmed the update through active monitoring.

Since 10:03, we have been receiving reports of OTP emails not arriving. This issue is related to the email provider. Please check if the email is in the spam folder.

There is an issue with the reception of multimedia files. The event is currently being reviewed by the provider.
